This course builds on Italian I; increasing students' communicative skills and exploration of Italian-speaking cultures. Students improve their proficiency in speaking; listening; writing and reading Italian through engaging in class activities; in the language lab and with independent work. Students learn to perform practical tasks like ordering in restaurants; dressing; visiting others; and making living arrangements. Prerequisite: ITAL 101 or permission of instructor.
